Nikita Krylov was born in 1990 in Moscow, Russia. His music education started when he was three years of age – he started learning cello in the oldest music school in Moscow – the Prokofiev School.
Three years later he started taking piano lessons with professor Milda Mikhailova. His piano professor encouraged him to compete in many regional competitions, two of which he won.
Later Nikita entered the Academic Music College, Moscow which he graduated from in 2009 and he subsequently entered the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory studying with Professors Vera Gornostaeva and Ksenia Knorre.
He graduated from the Moscow Conservatory in 2014 and won the place in the graduate school of the Moscow Conservatory.
The same 2014 year brought Nikita another success: – winning prize at the North London International Masterclasses, gathering prominent young musicians from all around the World.
In 2015 his debute CD with selected works by Mily Balakirev has been released to a great acclaim among music lovers and professional critics.
His repertoire is remarkable, spanning from baroque composers through classical and romantic styles to the modern and jazz music.
